Mandatory Admission Credentials Verification Checklist Released

Please ensure you have both originals and at least four (4) photocopies of each of the following documents before reporting to the verification desk: 1. JAMB Admission Letter (Institution Copy) 2. Venite University Provisional Admission Notification 3. O'Level Result(s) (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) with scratch card verification slips 4. Birth Certificate or Declared Age Affidavit 5. Local Government Origin Certificate 6. Letter of Attestation/Recommendation from a Clergy or Legal Practitioner 7. Twelve (12) recent passport photographs (white background) 8. Proof of School & Hostel Fee payment receipts.
